DCHS TV: On-Site Employee News

Role and Impact

As a designer and communications consultant, I contributed significantly to the development of DCHS TV. This innovative platform used a slide reel format displayed on office TVs, fostering an engaging and dynamic communication environment. Despite the absence of direct analytics, the project inspired active content contribution, underlining the impact of visual communication strategies within the organization. This initiative paved the way for the more sophisticated DCHS CONNECT.

Reflection: “With DCHS TV, I infused a lively spectrum of seasonal colors into our content, harmonizing our visual output with the year's rhythm. Through careful curation, each change of color palette not only reflected the ongoing season, events, or observances and heightened our connection with the audience. This strategic approach underscored the role of color in effective communication, enhancing our reach while adding a touch of visual delight to the public service domain.”
