Role and Impact

Participation in the 2021 Employee Experience & Engagement Cohort hosted by Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) and Qualtrics was an insightful experience where I deepened my understanding of employee engagement and experience strategies. Over three months of classes, I collaborated with local government leaders nationwide, including communicators, HR professionals, managers, and others.
